The 2026 Xiong'an Digital Trade Innovation and Development Conference has been officially listed among the first batch of thematic forums for the 2026 China International Fair for Trade in Services. The conference is scheduled for September 11 at the Xiong'an Convention Center, under the theme "Digital-smart Xiong'an, Serving the World."

The forum belongs to the CIFTIS "Digital Intelligence Innovation" section and marks the second time Xiong'an New Area has hosted a core CIFTIS thematic forum, following the first such event outside Beijing in 2025.

It is jointly organized by the Xiong'an New Area Administrative Committee, the Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau, the Investment Promotion Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce, the Hebei Provincial Department of Commerce, the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies, the China-Britain Business Council, and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization Investment and Technology Promotion Office.

The conference plans to widely invite domestic and international enterprises to participate and exhibit, creating a platform for the debut of industrial technologies and solutions, accompanied by a series of parallel thematic industrial activities. It will release digital trade innovation practice outcomes and industry service demands on-site, fully showcasing Xiong'an's digital trade development achievements and promoting precise supply-demand matching and project implementation in the digital trade sector.

Leveraging CIFTIS's global resources and brand influence, the conference will further open a channel linking Beijing and Xiong'an's digital trade resources, help Xiong'an build an open digital trade ecosystem, inject new impetus into the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei digital services trade, and provide a Xiong'an model for national digital trade innovation practice.

The 2026 CIFTIS will be held from September 9 to 13 at Beijing's Shougang Park. So far, 41 forums and conferences have been confirmed, covering service trade sectors such as digital trade, financial services, sports services, and healthcare. The Digital Intelligence Innovation section will feature 10 forums.
