The Central China Energy Regulatory Bureau recently conducted an inspection of regular fixed-point rural revitalization assistance work in Badong County, Hubei Province. A leading official from the bureau headed the team, which visited several assistance projects to assess their construction and operation.
The itinerary included a 100MW agrivoltaic power station in Shihanshan Village, Yanduhe Town, as well as the Jiangbei citrus industrial park, the Shennong Orange Valley exhibition hall, the village party and public service center, and a sports park. The team aimed to understand the actual effects of these projects and the current development of the local countryside.
During a subsequent symposium, the Badong County Party Committee and county government presented the progress of the local rural revitalization strategy and the implementation of fixed-point assistance work. The meeting systematically summarized achievements in industrial development, rural appearance, people's livelihoods, and grassroots development, and identified key difficulties and subsequent plans. Participants held in-depth discussions on issues such as the operation of photovoltaic power generation projects and coordinated industrial development.
The leading official from the Central China Energy Regulatory Bureau affirmed the new achievements in Badong's rural revitalization work. The bureau stated that it will, in accordance with the arrangements of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee and provincial government, continue regular fixed-point assistance for rural revitalization, providing greater support in industrial development, project construction, and consumption-driven assistance.
The bureau also proposed leveraging the advantages of the energy sector and Badong's natural resource endowments to scientifically plan supporting clean energy projects, cultivate new drivers for green rural development, and inject strong momentum into improving the quality and efficiency of rural industries through green development. Going forward, the Central China Energy Regulatory Bureau will persistently advance regular fixed-point assistance, consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation, and contribute energy regulatory strength to Badong's rural revitalization.
