One position is dedicated to ecological protection and restoration research, requiring a background in geography, ecology, forestry, environmental science, land resource management, public administration, or soil and water conservation. The other focuses on engineering technology research, seeking candidates from geography, land resource management, public administration, agricultural resources and environment, or soil science. For both, the center expects at least one SCI/EI paper or two Chinese core journal papers as first author during doctoral studies.
The center offers postdoctoral researchers personnel relations, benefits, and social insurance equivalent to regular staff. Interested individuals should submit electronic application materials, including a self-recommendation form, information summary, degree certificates, two representative papers, and a detailed abstract of the doctoral dissertation, to the designated email before August 3, 2026.
The selection process includes preliminary review, assessment or defense, and a physical examination. The preliminary review results and the list of candidates for assessment will be published on the China Land Consolidation website, and the final list of appointees will be announced on both the Ministry of Natural Resources portal and the center's website. Upon successful posting, appointees will sign an employment contract with the center.
