The Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission held a symposium for private enterprises on the morning of July 3, 2026. Party Secretary Chen Hengzhi chaired the meeting, which brought together leaders from eight private companies: Leapmotor, Deep Robotics, H3C, ChiCheng Digital, Gaote Electronic Equipment, Xinzhonggang Thermal Power, Tongkun Group, and Yiwu Baina International.
Participants analyzed the current economic situation based on their industries and generally expressed optimism, noting that national and provincial support for the private sector is strengthening. They offered suggestions on leveraging AI to innovate industrial ecosystems, promoting digital application scenarios, accelerating green and low-carbon transformation, exploring overseas markets, and speeding up industrial spin-offs.
Company representatives stated they would seize opportunities from new technology waves to achieve development while serving the economy and society. Chen Hengzhi responded to their concerns and emphasized that the Commission, as the competent authority for the private sector, will proactively serve enterprises, improve communication mechanisms, iterate policy evaluations, foster a top-tier innovation ecosystem, and support the growth of the private economy with greater intensity.
Deputy Directors Zhang Shuming and Shen Xiaodong, along with heads of relevant divisions, also attended.
