The General Office of the Ministry of Finance has released the issuance plan for government bonds in the third quarter of 2026.
The notice is addressed to members of the book-entry government bond underwriting syndicate, savings bond underwriting syndicate, and institutions including China Central Depository & Clearing Co., Ltd., China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, China Foreign Exchange Trade System, Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and Beijing Stock Exchange.
The plan covers benchmark government bonds, short-term government bonds, savings bonds, and ultra-long-term special government bonds. Details are provided in the appendix. The notice also states that any adjustments during implementation will be based on the prevailing issuance documents.
