The Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) has published the review results for the fourth batch of 2026 regular registration applications for new chemical substances, proposing to approve four applications.
The public notice period runs from June 24 to June 26, 2026. Comments can be submitted via telephone at 010-65645761, fax at 010-65645787, email at [email protected], or by mail to No. 12 Dongchang’an Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing (postcode 100006).
The proposed approvals involve Gansu Lanwo Technology Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Langhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., TOHO TITANIUM COMPANY, LIMITED (agent: Hangzhou REACH Technology Co., Ltd.), and Changzhou STA Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The substance names are rac-(2R,4R)-methyl 4-aminotetrahydrofuran-2-carboxylate hydrochloride, 4-bromo-2-fluoro-N-methylbenzamide, 3,3-bis(methoxymethyl)-2,6-dimethylheptane, and (6S,12S,15S,18S,22S,34S,37S)-34-amino-42-fluoro-15-[(1R)-1-hydroxyethyl]-12-[(4-methoxyphenyl)methyl]-6-methyl-23-oxa-4,10,13,16,19,26,36,46,53-nonaazaoctacyclo[53.2.2.119,37.128,32.139,46.06,10.018,22.040,45]hexaconta-1(57),28(62),29,31,39(60),40,42,44,55,58-decaene-5,11,14,17,25,35,61-heptone dihydrochloride (1:2).
For the first two substances, the activity type is production, and they are subject to new-use environmental management requirements after being added to the Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances in China. The third substance is for import with no new-use requirements. The fourth substance is for production with no new-use requirements.
