NEA Seeks Public Comments on Revised Management Measures for R&D Innovation Platforms

The National Energy Administration (NEA) is soliciting public feedback on a draft of the Management Measures for NEA R&D Innovation Platforms. The revision is based on the latest round of assessments of innovation platforms and the mid-term evaluation of the first batch of 14th Five-Year Plan 'horse racing' platforms.

Comments can be submitted in writing or by email to [email protected] before close of business on July 30. Submissions must include the commenter's real name and contact information.

The revision, led by the NEA General Office, aims to improve management procedures for R&D innovation platforms. The full draft is attached to the notice, which was issued on June 24, 2026.
