Fourth Round of Multilateral Consultations on SCO Development Bank Concludes in Shenzhen
The fourth meeting of multilateral consultations on the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Development Bank took place in Shenzhen, Guangdong, from June 29 to 30, 2026. Vice Minister of Finance Liao Min of China and Deputy Minister of Finance Akzholov of Kyrgyzstan co-chaired the meeting, and Assistant Minister Chang Junhong attended and delivered remarks.
