The Shandong Energy Regulatory Office recently conducted a special investigation in Jinan on improving electricity access services, with its principal leading the team. The research group visited eight sites, including non-direct power supply retrofitting communities, new quality productive forces enterprises, and control centers, to understand the progress of related work, and held a symposium for discussions.
The State Grid Jinan Power Supply Company was commended for its achievements in enhancing electricity access services, optimizing the business environment for electricity use, improving power supply quality to serve new quality productive forces enterprises, and ensuring residential power supply.
The principal of the Shandong Energy Regulatory Office emphasized four key priorities: first, resolutely uphold the safety production bottom line, strictly implement the dual prevention mechanism for safety production, strengthen hazard identification and rectification, and solidify the foundation for electric power safety production; second, focus on improving service levels for the public, comprehensively advance the implementation of tasks under Document No. 624, deepen the application of the "Fengqiao Experience," enhance grid service quality and efficiency, and realize proactive resolution of public appeals; third, continuously deepen electricity market reforms, actively adapt to reform trends, boost market service capabilities, and fully stimulate market entity vitality; fourth, fully support the development of new quality productive forces, enhance power supply service support, strengthen research and application of new technologies such as distributed energy storage, promote the implementation of policies like direct green electricity connections, and contribute to the construction of new power systems.
