Plan for Building a New Energy System During the 15th Five-Year Plan Period Approved and Issued by State Council

The National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration jointly issued the Plan for Building a New Energy System During the 15th Five-Year Plan Period. The plan has been approved by the State Council, and the notification document number is Fa Gai Neng Yuan 〔2026〕 No. 884.

The recipients of the notification include the people's governments of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, relevant ministries and agencies of the State Council, directly affiliated institutions, and relevant central enterprises.
