The National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration jointly issued the 15th Five-Year Plan for New Energy System Construction. The plan has received approval from the State Council.
The notice was sent to the people's governments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, relevant ministries, affiliated institutions of the State Council, and relevant central enterprises.
The two authorities require all recipients to earnestly implement the plan.
