On June 16, responsible officials from the Northwest Energy Regulatory Bureau led a team to Ningxia for special supervision work.
At a symposium, the supervision team heard a special report from State Grid Ningxia Electric Power Company on the implementation of the power supply quality improvement special action, progress in power supply assurance and hazard management in non-grid-asset communities, and preparations for peak summer power supply.
After the meeting, the team visited non-grid-asset community sites to inspect power distribution supply assurance and the effectiveness of community-grid co-construction and co-governance.
The responsible officials acknowledged the phased achievements of State Grid Ningxia Electric Power Company in power supply quality improvement, electricity governance in non-direct-supply communities, and service innovation, and put forward work requirements based on the establishment of a regional collaborative governance mechanism.
Going forward, the Northwest Energy Regulatory Bureau will continue to track the targets of the power supply quality improvement special action, carry out regular supervision and closed-loop follow-up, focus on electricity hazard management in non-grid-asset communities and the renovation of weak links in the distribution network, reinforce corporate primary responsibility, refine peak summer supply measures, address electricity difficulties faced by residents, strengthen the foundation of residential electricity assurance, and enhance regional power supply service quality and support capability.
